Scholar Insight Journal Publication Policy

Purpose

Scholar Insight Journal is committed to publishing high-quality, original, peer-reviewed research in accordance with COPE, ICMJE, DOAJ, and internationally recognized scholarly publishing best practices.

Publication Frequency

The Journal is published quarterly (four issues per year).

Submission

Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, not under review elsewhere, and comply with the Author Guidelines.

Editorial Screening

All submissions undergo initial editorial assessment for scope, quality, formatting, ethics, and policy compliance.

Plagiarism Screening

All manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software before peer review. Suspected misconduct is handled according to the Journal's ethics policies.

Peer Review

The Journal follows a double-blind peer review process. Editorial decisions are based on reviewers' recommendations and editorial judgment.

Editorial Decisions

Decisions include Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.

Article Processing Charges

Publication charges are published transparently on the Journal website. Any applicable waivers or discounts are described in the Publication Fees policy.

Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain copyright. Published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License.

Open Access

All articles are immediately and permanently open access without subscription barriers.

Research Integrity

Fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, duplicate publication, citation manipulation, and unethical AI use are prohibited.

Corrections and Retractions

The Journal may publish corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions where necessary to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.

Long-term Preservation

Published content is preserved using the Journal's archiving and preservation arrangements described in the Long-term Preservation Policy.

Policy Review

This policy may be updated periodically to align with evolving international publishing standards.
