Repository Policy

Purpose

Scholar Insight Journal supports the principles of Open Access and encourages the wide dissemination, visibility, accessibility, and long-term preservation of scholarly research through trusted institutional, disciplinary, and general-purpose repositories.

This policy enables authors to maximize the impact, discoverability, and citation of their published research while ensuring appropriate attribution and preservation of the scholarly record.


Repository Deposit

Authors are encouraged to deposit the Version of Record (VoR) (the final published version of the article) immediately upon publication in recognized repositories and scholarly communication platforms.

There is no embargo period for repository deposit.


Permitted Repositories

Authors may archive their published articles in, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Institutional Repositories

  • ORCID

  • Zenodo

  • Figshare

  • ResearchGate

  • Academia.edu

  • SSRN (where applicable)

  • arXiv (where appropriate)

  • Institutional or National Digital Repositories

  • Other recognized scholarly repositories


Conditions for Repository Deposit

When depositing published articles, authors should:

  • Acknowledge Scholar Insight Journal as the original publisher.

  • Include the complete bibliographic citation.

  • Include the article DOI (where available).

  • Provide a direct link to the official published version on the Journal website.

  • Retain the original Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.

  • Ensure that deposited versions accurately reflect the final published Version of Record.


Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain the copyright of their published work.

All articles published in Scholar Insight Journal are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted sharing, distribution, adaptation, and reuse, including for commercial purposes, provided appropriate attribution is given to the original author(s) and the Journal.
